Enjoy a lively interactive workshop, discovering the story and music behind paintings in the ¶¶êŽÒ•îl Museum!
Listen to music, connect your colourful lines and dots, and create your own unique portrait inspired by real paintings from the ¶¶êŽÒ•îl Museum collection, including Thomas Hardy's famous portrait of . In this 90-minute session, participants will create a self-portrait block and print it on to colourful patterned sheets, finished off with a frame mount.
With live music performed by magpie duo, sackbut and lute (¶¶êŽÒ•îl students, Jessica Anderson and Felix Collins), the workshop invites you to respond to the connection between art and music in real-time – with your very own keepsake to take home with you!
