Enjoy polished chamber performances amongst a beautiful collection of historic artefacts and instruments.
Curated by ¶¶êŽÒ•îl composers Thomas Shorthouse and Molly Arnuk, this concert is based on internet culture as referenced in new music. The modern referential compositions performed against the backdrop of such a significant musical archive as the ¶¶êŽÒ•îl Museum provoke thought on what constitutes archival material.
The programme features pieces for recorders, cello, and electronics by recorder player and composer Otto Hashmi, ¶¶êŽÒ•îl composition alum Delyth Field, and current ¶¶êŽÒ•îl students.
The full programme will be published a few days before the event.
